Return Policy

M E Auto Accessories Team works hard to find you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise that you receive, or you have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines and instructions:

  • You must call to make arrangements for returns: 339-221-5440
  • The name the merchandise was purchased under must be written clearly on the Package/Label.

  • Tires must not be driven on (used).

  • Wheels must not have been driven on or mounted on the vehicle (used).
  • All merchandise must be properly packaged. 
  • Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label.

Tires, Wheels and Packages:

  • Secure any loose materials such as center caps, lug nuts/bolts and valve stems in a separate package.
  • Wheels must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from any cardboard chafing.
  • If returning two wheels in one box, please place a piece of cardboard between the wheels.
  • Please remove any staples that may damage product during shipping.
  • Each package must be clearly labeled with the address for M E Auto Accessories as well as your address. 
  • In the case of returning a tire/wheel package, please use a high strength tape in place of nylon bands.

Refunds Calculations

  • Tires – Credit less all freight charges.
  • Wheels – Credit less all freight charges.
  • Tire/Wheel Packages – Credit less all freight charges and $40.00 for dismounting and cleaning.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you back to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Full Credit Will Be Issued If:

  • The wrong merchandise is shipped.
  • The merchandise is damaged during shipping.
  • The merchandise is defective.
  • The merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and M E Auto Accessories approved fitment.

Full Credit Will NOT BE Issued Due To Improper Packaging.

If the packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the wheels and tires are protected. Under no circumstance will M E Auto Accessories accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until M E Auto Accessories receives them back.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Shipping returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
